Our design team works hand-in-hand with the production and engineering teams to ensure a seamless road to success and unprecedented accountability at any point in the project process.
To create solutions better, faster, and more cost-effective we work with state-of the art Solidworks design, analysis and data management software which allows us to maximize productivity and focus on innovation even under the tightest schedules.
The design team also works hand-in-hand with the entire dedicated customer support team to insure designs remain fresh, creative and market focused.
Our designers are supported by state-of-the-art hardware and software including Computer Controlled Corrugated Table, A 3D Studio Max, Solidworks, AutoCAD, Inventor, Pro/Engineer, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
All of our design scheduling and approval processes are managed by a support staff to insure timely delivery of creative submissions and materials for approval.

The earlier in the process we are permitted to become involved, the greater the opportunity to use our design experience and exceptional knowledge of multi-material manufacturing to introduce new technologies, effectuate cost savings, develop the use of new materials and common components.
On every project a cross-functional project team meeting is held during each stage of design, prototype build, pilot run, production build and shipping.
The project team reviews possible applications for using emerging technologies, costs reduction options, identifies quality improvements and key inspection criteria.
